Dr. Andrea M. Moore, Founder
At 18 years of age, Andrea Moore saw a need to make a difference. She applied for and was awarded a $10,000 grant for a male mentoring program at her local congregation, the Church of Christ of Ruleville. This funding was used to create educational learning opportunities for males, challenging them to be wholistic individuals. It did not go unnoticed, however, that these young men had sisters, cousins, and other females in their lives who also needed the support of relationship and community to be productive citizens. Once the funding ran out, the program was revamped to provide mentoring experiences to males and females ages 8-18.
Now, Dr. Andrea Moore uses that same passion and insight to provide wholistic mentoring experiences to individuals striving to be speech-language pathologists and for young teenagers who are striving to live a pure life. Author of 3 books (2 devotionals and a purity curriculum), Dr. Andrea Moore is a sought after teacher for youth groups and ladies classes about practical living. In a field where three percent of the professionals are Black, Moore is passionate about her duty to mentor other minorities to be successful clinicians.
